Five things you can do to fix your constipation:
Firstly, get a toilet stool or some books, build them up in front of your toilet so you got something to put your feet, elevate your knees so your sphincter muscle can be released and you can flow freely.
Number two - stay hydrated; and instead of just drinking water, you can put a pinch of salt to add some electrolytes to help keep you hydrated.
Third, move your body! Whether just going for a walk or doing something to get your blood flowing and get the lymph bouncing as you’re taking your steps.
Fourth tip is do a colonic massage. Get your knuckles going clockwise motion following along the your large intestines. I’m sure it will get stuff moving.
Tip five is to increase your fibre intake. You can do this with food or do it with supplements.
