When will I notice results?
Some in a few days. Others after a few weeks. Most people feel more energy, clearer skin, better digestion, and fewer cravings within weeks.
Can I take Qenda Ultimate fibre every day?
Yes, many people take Qenda daily during their first months—especially through 5 to 7 tubs—to get the most consistent results. After that, it’s common to take a break and use it as needed, depending on your lifestyle. Some people choose to take it before or after travel, indulgent meals, or when they feel like their system needs extra support. It's not about relying on it everyday forever—it’s about giving your body what it needs, when it needs it.
Will it work if I don’t have constipation?
Yes. Many users take Qenda for loose stools, skin support, mood, bloating, or fatigue. It’s not just for sluggish digestion.
Is it harsh or habit-forming?
No. Qenda is a gentle herbal blend that supports your body’s natural rhythm — without creating dependency.
What if I don’t like the taste?
Qenda isn’t taken for taste—it’s taken for its powerful benefits. The herbal blend can be bitter, especially at first, but many people say they quickly get used to it. Many even grow to like it because of the difference they feel. If it’s a challenge at first, remember: it’s not about flavour—it’s about results.
How long will the first tub last?
The 1st tub will last 16 days. If you choose to just have 2 scoops in the morning the 1st tub will last 25 days, so it all depends on budget and priorities. We have seen that people often see lasting benefits from 5-7 tubs over 3-4 months.
What if I don’t tolerate fibre?
Qenda isn’t like raw or cooked veg or harsh fibre powders. It’s a blend of traditionally used herbs, finely ground for easier digestion. Many people with sensitive systems say they couldn’t handle other fibres but feel great with Qenda. Each ingredient is tested for purity at every stage—helping avoid the hidden toxins, fillers, or residues that often cause reactions, even when they’re not listed on the label.
What if I react to everything and have a sensitive system?
We hear this a lot. Qenda is made for people like you. Every ingredient is tested for purity at every stage—so you avoid the hidden fillers, residues, and contaminants that often trigger reactions (even when they’re not listed on the label). The formula is balanced, synergistic, and designed to work with the body. Some of the herbs are traditionally used to support digestive comfort, making Qenda a great fit even for sensitive systems.
What if I feel worse before I feel better?
Some people notice changes in the first couple of weeks—like shifts in digestion, mood, or energy. This is often just the body starting to clear out what it’s been holding onto. It’s a natural part of the process and usually passes quickly. Many people say these early changes were a sign that things were finally moving in the right direction.
We’re here to support you if you have questions during that time.
How many times a day can I take it?
The correct serving size is 20g/2 scoops 1-2 times a day on an empty stomach.
Do I need to change my diet?
Not necessarily. Many feel a difference without changing a thing. But for best results? Eat cleaner. And don’t stress—once your system starts feeling better, healthy choices get easier.
What’s the difference in the flavours?
All three have the same herbal blend—what changes is the natural flavouring added to help with taste.
Original: has no added flavour—it’s just the herbs. It’s our best-seller, especially among purists and people who’ve followed clean, sugar free or restrictive diets for a long time.
Chocolate: is a great middle ground—not too sweet, with a smoother taste.
Wildberry: is the sweetest option, popular with people who prefer a sweeter flavour.
That said, Qenda isn’t a typical flavoured drink. These are potent herbs, and especially if you’ve got a lot going on internally, you might find the taste bitter at first—this is normal. The flavouring helps take the edge off, but it won't completely mask the herbs. Over time, many people say the taste becomes more tolerable or even enjoyable. I find whichever flavour the person likes the most, is the one that they recommend to all their friends.
Does Chocolate/Wildberry Ultimate Fibre work in the same way as the original?Yes. The Chocolate/Wildberry Ultimate Fibre does the same job as the original. The flavour has exactly the same beneficial ingredients in the same quantities just with added organic flavour and Thaumatin (fruit seed extract).
If you are a purist like myself, I recommend the original. However, if taste is important to you, the flavoured versions will be a better option for you. (Just bear in mind, none will taste great when you first start)
Will it damage my good bacteria?
No. Qenda contains a diverse blend of carefully selected herbs that help support a balanced internal environment. Unlike antibiotics, herbs tend to work more selectively and don't wipe out everything. Some of the plant ingredients may also help nourish your body in a way that supports the growth of beneficial microbes.
Do people have to have 2 scoops twice a day?
Yes, it is a two-scoop (20g) serving size for all adults over 40kg.
Twice a day is where the magic really happens, if you are on a really tight budget, aim for minimum of 2 scoops twice a day for at least a few weeks, ideally 6-8 weeks.
But, yes, you can still benefit from just 2 scoops once a day, however, for the full cleansing benefits, I recommend 2 scoops twice a day for 6-8 weeks.
If taken once a day, 2 scoops in the morning on an empty stomach is best, this way, the amazing herbs and Fibre is the first thing to reach your digestive system.
Can I take it while fasting?
Yes! As 1 serving is under 50 calories it doesn’t break a fast.
How long do people usually consume Qenda Ultimate Fibre?
Many people start by using Qenda once or twice daily for 3 to 4 months—usually 5 to 7 tubs—for the most noticeable, lasting results. Some feel a difference from day one and from just 1 tub, but consistency over time often makes the biggest impact. After that, it can be used as needed—like during busy periods, when your body needs some extra support.
Can I take it on a carnivore or animal-based diet?
Yes. Many people on carnivore or animal-based diets use Qenda with great results. It’s made from herbs, not carbs, fillers, or common plant triggers—so it fits well with animal-based values and eating styles.
