Three things you can do to help your constipation!
1. Get daily movement
If you’re moving around all the time, it creates flow in your body. If you’re sat down all day, you just are gonna be constipated.
2. Make sure you’re adequately hydrated
If you’re not hydrated, your body’s gonna take the water out of your stool. That’s why we see people with dry & cracked stools who are constipated.
3. Do the colonic massage
Colonic massage is literally massaging around your colon to get your stools moving.
If you are doing these three things and still finding you’re getting constipation, you have an imbalance in your body.
