If you suffer with one of these, especially later in the evening when you are trying to go to sleep, this is what you need to know and do:
Your ‘tube’ that enters the top of your stomach from oesophagus is on the right hand side. So, when you sleep on your left hand side is the answer because whatever you have inside your stomach - whether it’s food or liquid; it cannot come out of the top of your stomach.
If you lay flat on your back or your right hand side, you are gonna create it. But if you lay on your left hand side, it is gonna really help.
If the issue still persists after you have applied this, you have got an infection in your small intestine.
The infection makes your food ferment and react in your digestive system bringing it all back up
