If you are eating pro-inflammatory food all the time, you are gonna have inflammation all the time.
The thing is, you want to know what's creating inflammation in your body and what's not - especially if you're dealing with autoimmune or digestive issue.
Even if you when yourself better, it’s wise to make sure you're not having inflammatory foods all the time to ensure that you are not recreating disease in your body.

Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils
These have been heated up to such high temperatures they can be classed as carcinogen
Refined Sugars
Sugars raise your blood sugar, then your body has to compensate with insulin then your blood sugar drops. Unfortunately, it will drop past the point of optimal so your body has to compensate with cortisol (stress hormone) which knocks your whole body out of balance
Heavily Processed Foods
Always full of pro-inflammatory ingredients
Gluten
This can be pro-inflammatory as well.
If you cut these stuff out your diet, you'll feel a lot better and will reduce some inflammation causes out of your life.
If you're dealing with autoimmune or digestive issue then there's other factors at play like infections that we need to remove from your body.
