Are you currently using a probiotic to try resolve a digestive issue?
The whole premise of having probiotic is it’s PRO - “good” & BIOTIC - “bacteria”. So it’s good bacteria to feed your microbiome
Your microbiome is the combination of living organisms that’s inside your guts and intestines and they are more than just bacteria. What’s inside your intestines is a combination of yeasts , fungi, virus’, and bacteria.
The most important thing is - you have the correct strains of probiotic at the right time.
Normally, digestive issues are caused by a
- parasitic infection
- bacterial overgrowth
- fungal overgrowth
- viral infection
Just adding a probiotic is not gonna fix your digestive issues. What you need to do is cleanse out the viruses, yeast, fungal overgrowths, and potential parasites. Then introduce probiotics at the right time
This will save you money on probiotics and fix the digestive issues like you originally planned too.
