Your mobile phone, laptop, and WiFi are messing up your sleep. They all operate in frequencies between not and 300 hertz - that mimics the same electrical signals that are inside your nervous system. This can upset your sleep, dysregulate your nervous system, and can give you fatigue and headaches.

The simple thing you can do is turn WiFi off at night, put your phone on airplane mode, and talk to someone on the phone in loudspeakers or have wired earphone. You can even spend time outside - barefoot on the ground.
