From 2 or 3 bowel movements a week to up to 3 a day
I thought I would do a little update after my first week on this amazing plant medicine (Qenda Ultimate Fibre). Had amazing results since starting this last week, gone from 2 or 3 bowel movements a week to up to 3 a day, which is taking some getting used to. There have been a few migraine type headaches, and a bit of discomfort around my tummy area, but seems to go when I’ve eaten. Upped my water consumption to 2 litres from 1.5. Also have been on 3 decent meals a day, including fruit for breakfast and a nutritious meal for tea, cut down on sweets and cakes in the evening. I still can’t believe how better my body is after trying this. I’ve even managed to find some inner work that needed attention. I have found that I need to not force things, whatever they are, and accept it will happen naturally. There’s also the embracing of things changing without going back to old patterns, and a few other little bits. It’s been quite a journey so far, all in a week! The plants have definitely got lots to teach us if we are prepared to listen I feel. Thank you thank you thank you.
