The easiest way to fix your acid reflux is to stop drinking with your meals. The reason for that is - when your food goes down the belly, it generally takes an hour and a half for that food to leave the stomach and enter your small intestines.

So, if you’re drinking water for that hour and a half window, your watering down the digestive enzymes. The digestive enzymes are there to break down your food, so by you adding water, they are now not able to do their job, so your stomach has to compensate with stomach acid - and end up with acid reflux.

And, when you get acid reflux when you’re lying down or in bedtime, the way to fix that is to lay down on your left side so the stomach acid won’t be able to come up the esophagus cause the tube of your stomach to your esophagus is on the right-hand side.

If those two things haven’t worked, it’s very likely that it’s the infections and overgrowths inside your digestive system that we need to cleanse out.
