Oh my days, what’s just come out of me is very hard to describe. I haven’t had the pleasure of a ‘formed’ poo in over 30 years, it’s always liquid. Day 3, 4 and 5 - I produced lots of small fully formed pieces. Day 6 - feel like my entire bowel has been cleansed. Larger, bulkier, formed pieces with what looks like stringy bits of food skins. I feel lighter, I have no gas, and bloating has gone.
