If you got white tongue or bad breath, it’s very likely that you got candida infection in your upper digestive system. I’ve had clients saying to me that they brush their teeth and scrape their tongue three times a day but just cannot get rid of the bad breath.
So, bad breath, white coat on your tongue, and even burping are telltale signs of candida infections that would have started in the small intestines and has worked their way up the esophagus and showing as white on the tongue.
When I say candida, I mean yeast infection in the small intestines. Parasites can be a major cause of candida overgrowth. I’ve seen multiple people that has an ascaris that’s ruining their gut health; knocking their intestines out of balance - which then contributes to the candida overgrowths.
