Why does sunlight help psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions?
You may be one of those people that have some sort of autoimmune skin condition and you might find it gets a lot better in the summertime and gets a lot worse in the winter
The reason for that is - you're getting the Vitamin D from the sunshine. Vitamin D can be classed as a hormone because it works on 200 different processes in the body!
Even though you have an underlying digestive issue, that’s creating the skin condition, when you get sunshine, it helps as an anti-inflammatory to calm down this autoimmune response in your body.
Thats doesn’t mean the the other stuff that I believe causes the the skin condition disappears, like the variation between constipation, loose stools, bloating, etc.
These are still there which shows that you do have an underlying infection in your intestines. The good news is those infections can be removed so so can your skin issues ✅
