POOR MENTAL HEALTH CAUSED BY POOR GUT HEALTH

Your poor mental health is caused by your  poor gut health!

So many of my clients have come to me for help with their digestive and autoimmune conditions; and a large percentage of them are on anti-depressants. Then, when they reversed their autoimmune and digestive symptoms they found that they no longer needed the anti-depressants.

One of the reasons is 90% of your serotonin is made in your intestines. Serotonin is your mood modulating hormone.

The second reason is you’ve got inflammation inside your intestines. Signs of this are:

  • Gas
  • Bloating
  • Acid reflux
  • Stomach cramps
  • Constipation
  • Loose stools

If you’re getting any of those and you’re suffering with depression, there is a link! Because depression can be clinically defined as inflammation in the brain.

And in what way you get Inflammation in the brain?cYou can have infections and overgrowths in your small intestine which creates inflammation in your intestinal lining, which allows toxins and undigested food particles through into your blood - triggering an immune response creating inflammation in your blood.

And then that inflamed blood supplies your brain; and that’s how you can get an inflamed brain

The good news is when you know what is causing it, you can reverse the symptoms of it.
