NICOTINE REDUCES INFLAMMATION IN THE BODY

When I got diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, the doctors told me that if it was just colitis, they would have recommended that I started smoking. Nicotine actually reduces the inflammation in the intestines.

I quit smoking when I was 21 and 3 months later, I got diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I also had a colleague at work that quit smoking and also got diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. When you smoke, it actually helps give you a protective layer of mucus around your intestinal lining.

Obviously, Im not telling you to start smoking. If you’ve seen any of my previous videos, you’ll know imbalances in the intestines from parasites, bacterial overgrowth, fungus, and viral infections create leaky gut. Then, undigested food particles and other toxins, pass through into the blood.

So, when you smoke, you actually get a protective layer of mucus around your intestinal lining that covers up all the underlying problems.
