Have you got food intolerances? Then, you’ve cut out that food and felt better for a while, but then ended up getting more food intolerances to the foods you replaced it with!?
That’s exactly what I did when I was 21 when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease. At that time, I only cut out only gluten, onions, and broccoli.
By the age of 25, I ended up intolerant to everything I ate, everything I ate went through me in 10-15mins and came out undigested. But the good news is - I don’t have those food intolerances now.
To reverse a food intolerance, just cutting out the specific food doesn’t deal with the root cause.
The root cause is usually inflammation in your intestinal lining, let him through the undigested foods into your blood. Then, your immune system responds by creating antibodies to that food. So your food intolerances are caused by infections and overgrowths – creating inflammation in your intestinal lining.
We need to get rid of these infections and overgrowths and get your microbiome back into balance to help remove this inflammation in your intestinal lining.
When you do that, you’ll find you’re no longer sensitive to food.
