If you're reacting to certain foods and you're getting food sensitivities & food intolerances, just cutting out the food is not enough.
Yes, you can cut out the food & it will stop your reacting to that food, but it's never dealing with the underlying problem, that's creating them food intolerances in the first place.
When I was 21, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis & Crohn's Disease. At that point, I've cut out gluten, onions, & broccoli - and it helped. But because I didn't deal with the underlying infections & overgrowths in my intestines, for the next four years, I actually ended up intolerant to everything!
I was only when I got rid of the underlying infections & overgrowths where I got my body back into balance and I could eat nutritious foods again.
