The best way to fix your mental health is to fix your gut health.

I learnt a lot from living with  digestive & autoimmune conditions for 5 years. In that time, I did everything to try and fix my mental health.

Because I heard  that when you fix your mental health, it will fix your body. I was doing stuff like EFT tapping, positive affirmations, mirror work, journaling, etc - all to try fix my brain health to help fix my body.

I found the right protocol after 4.5 years of trial and error. I learnt to  cleanse my body and after 5 weeks of doing that my mental health improved.
