I used to get cold sores on my face 95% of the time. It was just part of being so run down ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.
I truly believe that autoimmune conditions are a digestive issue that’s creating inflammation in your intestinal lining. This inflammation in your intestinal lining allows undigested food particles to pass through into your blood.
These undigested food particles spark an immune response so you get inflammation inside your blood. Leading to inflammation all over your body the consequence of that is that is you can get cold sores on your face.
It wasn’t until I cleansed my body, I fixed my gut health that nearly totally removed my cold sores. So, if your regularly suffering with cold sores I am pretty sure there will be an underlying digestive issue that’s creating them.
