If you became one of those people that seems to be sick and ill all the time?
It’s very likely that you've got an underlying infection in your small intestine that’s making your immune system work overtime. So, then when you are exposed to a viral infection, it’s too much for your body to handle, so you get the viral infection. Its likely that you’ve got bacterial overgrowth, fungal overgrowth, or a parasitic infection that is making you more susceptible to these viruses.
An overgrowth or an infection can create inflammation inside your small intestinal lining which is gaps between your intestinal cells and undigested food particles and other waste can pass through these gaps in your intestinal lining into your blood.
When this happens, it sparks an immune response. So, your immune system creates inflammation to protect the body from these ‘unknown intruders. So your immune system is in overdrive all the time making it more likely to get affected by a virus.
This is why I believe you get sick and illnesses all the time.
