Your low energy, brain fog, and fatigue is all related to imbalances inside your digestive system.
What I found is all the clients that I’ve helped with anxiety, depression, low mood, fatigue, they all have an underlying infection inside their digestive issue - creating these symptoms.
It is always the following that’s creating the issues:
- fungal infection
- bacterial overgrowth
- parasite infection
- viral infection
When you got infections in your small intestines, your body creates inflammation in that intestinal lining to try and move these infections along. The problem is - once you got inflammation in your intestinal lining, that means you have gaps in your intestinal lining. So then, undigested food particles and other wastes and toxins can pass through these gaps and into your blood.
When this happens, your immune system can perceive these undigested food particles and other wastes and toxins as intruders - it thinks it’s a virus trying to attack the body.
So, you have inflamed blood circulating around your body including your brain and it creates inflammation in your brain ; And the clinical definition of depression is an inflamed brain.
What we need to do is get rid of these infections, remove the inflammation from the intestinal lining, and get your body back into balance.
