You need to look at your POO in the toilet!

After you’ve had a bowel movement, you always want to look in the toilet and check that its healthy. It can tell you so much about what's going on inside your body

A very important question that I ask is everyone is: “How many bowel movements a day you're having?”. Realistically, if you're having 3 meals a day, you want to have 3-4 bowel movements a day. Then, you should take note of the shape and how your stools look. 

You don't want to see blood or undigested food in there. You want it to be moist and sausage shaped. You want it to pass easily without any abdominal pain. You do not want it to be dried and cracked.
