If you suffer with cold sores all the time, you need to know this.
What I found this - it’s always infections and overgrowths inside your intestines that’s knocking your immune system out of balance. We all know it’s the herpes virus that creates sores, but we also know that when your body gets rundown, that’s when you get cold sores.
Once you have infections and overgrowths inside your small intestine, they can eat the nutrients from your food and dump their waste into your body. When this happens, your immune system creates inflammation inside your intestines to try deal with infections and get it moved along.
The issue is - once you inflammation, undigested food particles and other wastes and toxins can pass through into your blood. Then, your immune system perceives them as intruders and creates inflammation in the blood which is why you feel tired and rundown all the time. So, the way I went from having cold sores all the time to not having them anymore is I got rid of the infections in my body.
What I found is, it’s always the following creating imbalances and stressing the body:
- bacterial overgrowth
- fungal infection
When we get of these infections, the body can get back into balance so you no longer rundown all the time.
