INFECTIONS & OVERGROWTH ARE CAUSES OF YOUR IRRITABLE BOWEL MOVEMENT
Your IBS is created by infections & overgrowths in your small intestines.
Obviously, you remember a time before you had IBS and that's the time before you got infections & overgrowths.
You can have either:
- parasitic infection
- fungal overgrowth
- bacterial overgrowth
- viral infection
These infections and overgrowths create all your symptoms. Your small intestine is supposed to be a sterile environment and good bacteria is supposed to be in the large intestines. When you get an infection or overgrowth in your small intestine, then you eat food, it ferments with the infections and overgrowths and gives off a gas.
That's exactly why you can get burping, flatulence, and bloating. These are all symptoms of IBS and infections in your small intestines.
