Your anxiety and depression is created from infections and overgrowths inside your small intestines. When I help people with their gut health, it also fixes their mental health. Your intestines can get out of balance - whether it’s from having antibiotics before or having poor diet.
Also, the fact that a lot of people have a lot of the following that make them feel crap:
- fungal infection
- bacterial overgrowth
- viral infectionQ
Once you’ve got infections and overgrowths inside your intestines, they dump their waste in there.
So, when there’s a lot of toxicities and imbalances in your intestinal lining, it does it’s standard response of creating inflammation to try move them along and deal with them.
The problem is - when you get inflammation in your intestinal lining, you get gaps in between the cells of the intestines. So, undigested food particles and other wastes and toxins can pass through into the blood.
What happens is - your immune system comes along and sees these undigested food particles and other waste and toxins; and it creates inflammation inside your blood to try and to try deal with them.
And, once you get inflammation inside your blood, your blood goes all around your body, which is why you get the following, cause you have inflamed blood supplying your brain:
- low mood
